Versatech

Versatech prepares the metal surface before welding, priming, painting, powder coating by completely removing the mill oil, flash rust/white rust/oxidation (without etching, so the metal surface stays intact), provides a pre-treatment (conversion coating) and seals the coating, all in one simple step in one minute.

Works on bare metal, metal surface rust, heavy pitted rust and on mill scale (for hot rolled steel). The coating also can withstand very high temperature (around 2000 degrees F)

100% Rust/Scale converter – converts pitted rust and mill scale to a conversion coating.

This is the only pre-treatment (conversion coating) that can be brushed on a metal surface at room temperature without rinsing. Value Added Product. Save a lot of labor, time, cost & energy (around 50% to 80% or higher in some cases) by eliminated a lot of traditional steps, including re-work. Product cost comes out to be a few cents per sq. ft. of metal surface area with minimum labor time (couple of minutes per sq. ft.)
